Repeatedly telephones soliciting business and ignoring no-call list

This company continues to telephone me without regard to either the National or the Texas No-Call list. I have complained to the caller and asked to be removed from their lists because I am disabled and answering the telephone can be quite an endeavor. My requests to be removed from their calling list have been to no avail.
