Booked a room that didn't exist

Declined to recognize scheduling for arranged space. Delivered me a confirmation mail that mentioned I'd obtain a space with two master bedrooms along with a sleeper couch. After I came with two aged ladies and two children under five the resort advised me they did not possess a space that will support us. After I went 10 hours I'd no option but to cover additional space. After I named them, in Asia, they explained to email the problem department. The following day I'd to clean up and transfer all our material to a different resort. With no kitchenette without free wireless without free parking. With two bedrooms along with a rollaway. This really is undesirable, it's not what I taken care of in march and that I won't quit till I understand this solved to my pleasure.
