Experience was terrible

I've utilized kayak.com many times to locate bargains on routes and not had any issues. I applied them a few vacations before to guide a resort for my grandma-in lawis memorial, and also the encounter was horrible. Whenever we reached the resort (which like a part note was horrible also), I confirmed the resort my published proof from canoe. It confirmed that people were reserved in a typical double bedroom. It stated nothing about being smoking about the verification page. The resort stated that since a third party had reserved the area, they might not create any modifications which this very event had occurred many times before. They declined to guide people in a low-smoking space, since these areas were more costly. They explained the only approach something might alter could be easily named canoe and had them change it out. Fast-forward to over an hour or so about the telephone and over one hour awaiting a return phone (which never arrived). Canoe declined to repair the issue and explained it had been my problem for scheduling improperly. Actually the fine-print claims it's a smoking or low-smoking room-based on accessibility. There is a low-smoking space available!!! The folks at canoe were rude and declined to complete something to repair the issue and refused that it had been incorrect that it never stated it had been a smoking area. Another significant aspect note below... Additional rooms on the site OBVIOUSLY were designated smoking areas/fits. Therefore, would not any regular individual suppose if it did not say something it'd be low-smoking? Anyhow, we were overdue for family events associated with the memorial, and so I quit it together by saying I'd make sure to inform everybody I understand exactly what a scam this entire point was, AND NEVER to make use of their providers later on. Oh, and that I needed to spend the upcharge to get a low-smoking area.
