When making my reservation I was inform 2 bedroom, that didn't happen when we arrived. There was 4 adults and one bed, that was the first issue. I indicated at check in and nothing was done to accommodate us. I couldn't put my 20 YO daughter and 17 YO son on the couch. I contacted the 1 800 number and was told nothing could be done other than to purchase another room... More money. When asking about this tour I was told that I have to attend it before they will give me my boarding passes and rooms in the Bahams. This is such a costly scam. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone to easy there money on this. The room we are in is dirty and out dated. I will stick with my SPG account through the Sheraton. Never again...
