Greyhound should be boycotted

I taveled Greyhound from colorado to south carolina probably 50 times from 2010 only because of my fear of flying. Ive always kept my mouth shut about the dirty busses, rude staff and drivers, unsanitary resrooms at the stations and on the bus, overpriced ammenites and food, and frequent stops. He final straw was during a layover in dallas where i noticed that my laptop had been stolen from my suitcase. Keep in mind that it was our only stop coming from colorado and my seat as directly overlooking the luggage space below. When arrived in dallas i noticed my laptop was gone when i had to switch busses. I had it buried in the botttom so to find it you would actualy have to had to sift through my things. Im convinced that a employee stole it. After a year and a half of filing claims and waiting on letters i was told that they couldnt reimburse me because the item was valued at over 300$. So now ive also realized that its cheaper to fly than to take the bus and ive also overcame my fear. I encourge travelers to research alternate modes of transportation before booking with greyhound! They take advantage of less fortunate people who cant allways afford to travel any other way and they treat them like crap because theyre aware of that fact.
