I am so disappointed in this service. I was able to choose my seat on the Expedia website, but when I went to check it. My boyfriend and I didn't have seats anywhere near each other!!! Thank god the women at the check in counter were so helpful and the flight was not full so they were able to seat us together. They told me Expedia does this all the time. The fact this service led me to believe I could choose my seat was a complete scam.

Also, they don't email you your itinerary for at least 5 days after your flight. RIDICULOUS! I usually use Travelocity but decided to try something new. Bad idea. Never use expedia.
