Irresponsible customer service

1. Many service calls routed to agents in India, all promises went empty and valuable time killed.
2. They lied. According to Swiss airline, to change a middle name would cost $40 but original booking price would be honored. Travelocity could not do this change due to price change.
3. You don't know if they fixed problem or not until too late.
