No sympothy and worst service - Orbitz customer service

Web would not allow me to add my children on the flight booking so I booked for myself. I called to book for the same flight for my kids but they changed the price on me double the original. I tried to explain to them that I was leaving for a month and need to take my 2 yr old and 7 yr old with me to see a family member that is ill with cancer but the person over the phone had no sympothy and actually wanted to charge me an extra $35 booking fee, then when I explained to him that I usually do not book through Orbitz he still did not care. He said i am transfering you to customer service. I was then transfered and put on hold for a total of 26 minutes and 55 seconds until i got fed up and hung up. I am never booking through Orbitz again neither are my family and friends.
