My husband and I booked a tour with www.grandcanyonhelicoptersaz.com - we paid over $2000. Everything we were promised when we booked didn't come. We were expecting champagne - got a cheap bottle of wine instead. Promised a good lunch - got cheap sandwiches. Pilot was rude. Wanted a refund but never got it. Not a happy customer!
