I booked a room on expedias site, checked in and signed and initialed a rate sheet that was lower than the booked price. At checkout I received a receipt that was showing the lower rate. As this was a business expense i turned in the receipt, I WAS CHARGED THE BOOKED RATE TO MY CREDIT CARD & NOW i HAVE NO RECOURSE TO GET MY MONEY BACK ON EXPENSES AS I AM NOT ALLOWED TO "AMEND" EXPENSES! All I get from both is finger pointing to the other, since I can not get all 3 of us in the same room!!! I will fight this battle with "just the facts" comments and reviews at any site I can!
