Dishonest information - Fraudulent

I have never felt the urge to right a review as I do right now.

I called this service hoping that I can get several rooms for an event at a discounted price. The company supposedly had offered us a discounted rate for a hotel $129 per night. After the company charged my credit card almost 50% more than the initial propasal, I called to to have it corrected. 3 hang ups later and 2 hours on the phone they told me it was non-refundable. I infomed upper management that the quote did not match the discounted price and I demanded that they listen to the recorded conversation. After, a while on hold they realized that they did make an error and reversed the charges.

I do not recommend this agency. The represenative down right lied about the charges, the room that I was getting and added an extra day to my reservation without my knowledge. Either she did not know what she was doing, or she intentionally did it knowing that it is a non-refundable. Anyhow it is something no one should have to deal with.
