We'd 3 areas reserved in the Aventura Spa Palace Resort in Riviera Maya over Easter Week 2012. Your household was there to get a holiday in addition to my boy's wedding. This resort is mounted on another Structure Resort (Aventura Cove) of course if you stay at-one of those hotels, you're ready to make use of the pools, restaurants, workout services, etc at BOTH resorts through your stay.

Upon APPEARANCE, we were informed that people wouldn't have the ability to make use of the adjacent resort due to a personal scheduling for 800 individuals for just two months. This recommended that people couldn't enjoy football, baseball (these surfaces were as of this resort) as well as for selection, we couldn't utilize some of their 3-4 restaurants. To actually annoyed people, the 800 folks from that resort DID have use of our resort (they employed our restricted 3 pcs for web, remained at our pools sometimes, and had LARGE blocks of favored times for that Club reserved for them just!!!)

We did protest to Public-Relations plus they did nothing. Despite the fact that we're people at Structure, and we'd really genuine grievances, they offered us an extremely worthless "SORRY"!

Also we joined the worthless timeshare "update" demonstration and also the 2nd salesman (attempting to have us commit more income in Structure) attempted to help make the offer nicer giving us an additional free week for the difficulty that week. At that time, we'd not really reported but there should have clearly been lots of others annoyed and worrying! We, obviously, purchased nothing

my advice to anyone considering investing at structure/hardrock hotels&do not get it done! The administration is extremely unjust, they truly only need your cash! Additionally, FYI, my child-in law had A TERRIBLE period preparing their really small wedding (wedding coordinator wouldn't return to her, several last minute modifications like the wedding period and supper location that transformed ONE DAY before their wedding day!!!)

(we thought that structure hotels possibly made millions in the 2-week reservations for 800 individuals but they did'nt have the decency to provide us another resort or make us conscious although that reservation should have made at least this past year!)
