Ripoff, debited my account and received no information on vacations

I was contacted by phone by a person named Brandon and told that I was to receive a packet about vacations and that there would be vouchers for a 3 day 2 night trip. He said that I could cancel within 14 days of receiving this information, but if I did not that my account would be charged a $40.00 one time charge and $19.95 per month to keep the program. I was on vacation and when I returned I had never received the package. I tried to call and cancel, but to no avail. My accounted was debited $59.95. So if any of you are contacted from anyone in this company, it is a rip off. Do not give them any info and hang up on them!
