Canceled booking before my trip

I arranged visit to Sweden at Travel Sweden Company and they’ve required cost with paypal from me. I obtained booking confirmation and double-checked scheduling research on flight site also it was okay. But several times before flight-booking was ended which company didn’t return some of my calls.
