This individual posts multiple ads on Craigslist and other online selling sites listing short term apartment / vacation rentals in New York City. This person is a scammer. I have verified that he doesn't have the authority to rent the apartments he lists and, in most cases, the listed apartment does not exist in the building. He goes by Wilner Abner and Robert Pacheco. I'm sure that there are other names he uses as well.
