Our cousin and that I arranged a visit through guide it.com to Charleston, SC. We'd our concerns together since February. The very first week of May we obtain a contact saying that people don't have concerns which the hotel won't recognize it since guide it's not with this resort. However we've a contact verification since Feb declaring we do. Guide it mentioned about the telephone they have attempted calling people since March regarding this issue. I've never gotten something from their store till May. They never attempted to contact me. They would like to deliver us to a different resort that's a long way away from wherever we desired to be situated. (bad motel for that same cost... Cheers) Therefore, today we dont have concerns using the resort and costs went up $200.00 for that stay. The resort wont aid because we never had concerns together. Therefore today I'm out-of $200.00 and that I may delay as much as three months to get my money-back from guide it. Never again. Don't utilize guide it.com for almost any cause. Avoid them. I spoke towards the headquarters of the resort plus they actually stated there's grounds we don't cope with guide it. That they can not cope with guide it.
