Max web site rip-off

We are the owner/manager of a b&b in fes morocco called dar iman the company travelto-morocco have and still are using a web site dar-iman which is not there's we own the domain name..

We stoped using them as a booking agent in June as we had just taken over the managment at that time there method of doing business was not to our liking and we terminated what was only a verbal agreement from the past

And asked for them to take our website from the internet after many unsucessful emails with there manager Karim and the owner who lives mostly in the USA they have refused to remove it and along the way the owner asked for 10000.00USD to give what is allready ours back to us

They continue to use our name as one of there recomended hotels we recieve no business and don't want any from them.

They are quoating prices far more than what we charge and of course they do not pass on any legitmate enquiries that come there way via the website

If you look up dar iman it take you directly to there bookoing operation, yes it has our phone number and address..
What can we do to stop this
