They took out 2 charges of $99.99 in one month when i didnt even authorize it for 1 month!

Ok, so I ordered tutorvista for 1 month, they gave me the discount price of $19.98. I specifically asked them if they would take money out of my account next month and the man over the phone stated they wouldn't. That was good because i only needed it for that month.

Well next month rolls around and I see on my account statement that they took out $99.99 out of my account! So I called them and asked them to refund it and they said ok and sent me a refund statement to my e-mail and they refunded it that day! I was like wow that was easy. NOT! The very next day they took out another $99.99 from my account! I couldn't believe it! So i called then back, very angry this time and demanded they refund me again.

Well of course they gave me a run-around and told me that my bank had refunded it, not them, and they said they had to take it out again because they refunded it too soon!!! I could not believe what I was hearing. I was talking to the manager at this time who then told me, "Oh wait, the bank made a mistake, the 99 dollars wasn't really taken out the 2nd time it just showed it was!!! Omg! Thats when I went off and told her so you mean to tell me the 99 dollars wasn't really taken out but it shows that i'm 99 dollars short on my account? I told her I dont think so try again! So she told me it would be refunded again in the next 2-7 business days.

Well here we are a week and a half later and still no refund. So i called back and some smart mouthed man presumed to tell me it was refunded and they couldnt do anything about it.By this time I was furious as you could imagine. I told him fine, I would place fraudulent charges on the company, which is exactly what i did.

Now I have to sit here and wait and see if i will get my money back. This angers me so bad because I am young and trying to make it on my own and i don't have extra money to just waste. This whole process and TUTORVISTA makes me sick and they should all be ashamed of themselves.By the way, the tutoring sucks, the customer service sucks, you cant even understand what they are saying NONE OF THEM!

If you read this and thinking about signing up, please take my advice and DO NOT USE THEM. This has been one of the worst experiances i have ever had. And I dont know if I will ever get my money back. Thank you for those who take the time to read this
