M And K Travel Sercvices - Owner Paul Randhawa Debbie Randhawa Took my money did not provide any service and now refusing to refund the money that they owe me

I handed check of $1040 to Debbie (M&K Owner Paul Randhawa's wife) on 04/26/04 at their San Francisco Office.
No ticket was issued until 05/26/04

I did not want to cancel my vacation plan so I purchased a ticket from a different agent and left for India on 5/29.

M&K has given me a bad check on 06/22.
Till now, he is refusing to refund the money.

BBB has been notified. BBB has tried to contact them through mail but M & K has refused to respond.
