National Internet Travel Agency - lodging.com Ripoff didn't honor 110% money back room rate guarantee

I made reservations with lodging.com to stay at the Opryland resort in Nashville. The very next morning I found a lower rate. They guarantee that their rate will be the lowest with a 110% rebate if you find a lower rate for the same dates and hotel within 24 hours.

I spoke to a supervisor who told me to fill out a special internet form which I did and sent. I never heard anything back from them.

I waited then sent them a 2 emails. They didn't respond to anything.
