Just say NO to Orbitz - The WORST Customer Services, Hidden Fees, and just plain BS

I was so disappointed to find that Orbitz seated my husband and I six rows apart for our honeymoon. The customer service rep basically said too bad - so sad and only offered help at the sum of $175.00 to get us 2 seats together (US Airways did that for me for $25.00) I will never EVER deal with this trifling company again. Lesson learned!
