Fun Trip!

A group of family members recently went from St. Louis to Kansas City on Train 314. All Amtrak personnel were cordial and helpful, but the one who made the experience especially good was the attendant in the snack car, Loren. He was organized and prepared while serving our large group as well as the other passengers. During his slow times, Loren also told us about other Amtrak routes in the U.S. That we may be interested in seeing. It was such a pleasant experience that we are planning more Amtrak trips, thanks to Loren.
