Amtrak service - passenger train service

Amtrak service on March 13 was undeserving for all passengers concerned. Stuck on a train for hours and would not give you bottled water or food to anyone They said if you want something you have to buy it. Well thank GOD their was a journalist on board from MNBC I am sure she will get the point across. I feel that I should be compensated for the total inconveince of my 3 hour trip that turned into 12. The train number was 194 leaving Phil PA The only good thing about it was the conducter was very professional and understanding. The rest of amtrak was ridiculous
