Sunset group, RCI agree 100% with the people from Austin Texas. Total ripoff. Why is Tres Rios allowing this to happen. Can't get money back even after cancelling after two days. Won't return phone calls

We had very similar experience to the people from Austin, texas. Wish we had read the report their report before we signed. This is a total ripoff. We tried to cancel after two days. No one returns the phona calls. A gentleman by the name of Felipe Figuero is a fraud. We should have suspected when he wrote his name and cell phone on a piece of paper. Bet he uses a different name every day. Why a reputable esort like Tres Rios allows such scam operators on their wonderful resort is beyond us. No one is answering their phones. Plese, please beware and tell all your friends.
