Their site promoted a hotel to be 4.5 out-of 5 visitor rating (Tripadvisor)

After I reserved the resort, I acquired a hotel which was ranked 2 out-of 5

They said it had been a glitch within their system (YES, THEIR PROGRAM) and wouldn't do something for me personally except provide me $30 in Hotwire cash.

Like i'd actually book together again!
