Hotel hotwire.com giving false description on hotel star rating and price. Cheating!

I booked a hotel room on hotwire.com based on the description of 3 stars, $119 other sites price, $49 hotwire.com price, and best value check mark.

But after I payed for a total of $61.29 ($49 12.29 fees), I got a 2 1/2 star hotel and the actual other sites price is $64. What a ripoff!!!

This is my first time and also my last time book travel through hotwire.com.
