Vacation Redemption Center
Ripoff! Bogus 3 day/2 night hotel certificates

Traveling & Tourism

I can't believe I fell for this. I found a website siting that for each email address submitted, this company would send one 3 day/2 night hotel certificate to popular destinations such as Branson, MO (what we were interested in), Las Vegas, NV, ect. I thought the only catch would be to receive bulk email since providing my address. It was not a time-share advertisement, and upon receipt of each certificate, you had to send in $10 stating the destination you'd prefer..."allow 4-6 weeks please". It's been over 9 weeks now. Just wanted to let others know not to ever send any $ whatsoever for a hotel certificate that you most likely won't get. As far as looking them up on the web... Can't find the company *sigh*. At least this was a "cheap" mistake, but how many people have they ripped off? Investigate this please? Thanks.
