I paid $140 for air and hotel. Then i was sent a certificate, i have to pay $65 for processing. I want $140 refunded

I was mailed a postcard offering free 3 day 2 night hotel and air fare if we attended a sale seminar. Attended the seminar and received the vouchers in order to activate we were charged $140 which i paid. Then i was sent a certificate which they wanted $65 more for a redemption fee for processing. I asked for my $140 back and they said no
