Rip off company, thiefs

My son went there for Spring Break. He rented a scooter from them. He did not wreck the bike or drop it. When he brought it back they said he damaged he bike. There was a small chip on the bike by the front head light. May something from a rock hitting just from riding it. More than likely already there. He looke at many of their bikes that had nicks and scratches on it. They told him they would have to replace
the part and was charging him $269. When I check my credit card they took out $369.

I have tried to get this resolved and talked to a manager who keeps telling me he will call back, but doesnt

When you talk to their employees they are rude and hang up on you and then take the phone off the hook. No one will talk to you, they just rip you off.
