Ripoff online ticket ripoff scam airline tickets to Aruba ripoff

On May 11, we were rip-off $800, purchasing tickets to Aruba. We sent the money by Western Union to a Marin Roglev in Bulgaria; because our credit card was denied. No contact was made to us until the day before the scheduled trip (5/27/04) by Erika stating the system was down. We were told that we could not get our money back. We hurriedly cancelled out credit card. We cannot reach the website from our computer for some reason. We want our money back!
