Be careful! - airline tickets

Be very careful when booking with cheap tickets online. Their system billed me twice for the exact same person flying twice on the exact same date and time. When contacted to refund the duplicate they refused saying both tickets were used. Impossible, it was the same person, same name and same time. They refuse to take responsibility for their system. Their response was contact the airline for a refund even though cheap tickets billed my credit card. After a year, yes 1 year of haggling with cheap tickets, the airline re-imbursed me the double charged amount. Cheap tickets would take no responsibility, nor compensate me for wasting my time. I had great success with other online airline ticket sites. Avoid cheap tickets at all costs, you will be sorry!
