Timeshare ripoff Carlsbad

We were invited to visit RiverPointe Napa Valley timeshare.in exchange for a 90 minute presentation, we were offered a gift which we chose a mini cruise. We purchased the property and have been fighting for over one year to get our promised cruise. We have worked with RiverPointe Napa Valley and HTOA. HTOA promised a date in August and now they sent a letter, one year later, that we must choose a date 60 days from the date of the letter.

I'm sure you can guess, this means August is out. They knew all along the date we were requesting and refuse to honor what they promised. We have filed a claim with the Small Claims Court and our attorney and would prefer resolution from HTOA, unfortunately, they leave us with no other options. We feel we were ripped off and they bargained in bad faith and misrepresented the gift.
