Could not cancel reservation within 30 minutes

I'd attempted to call-back only half an hour after scheduling to stop. I had been informed that I really could not stop to get a reimbursement, just reschedule. Which I decided to these conditions. I looked over their site just before scheduling and noticed no declaration saying I really could not obtain a return. Nevertheless there is a pleasant "100% satisfaction guarantee" emblem which brought me to think this was a trustworthy merchant.
