You receive everything you purchase. I booked a couple to Europe having a estimated cost that ended up to double when reserved. After I instantly attempted to stop I had been informed their will be a $40 charge to COA and $100 ($50/individual) towards the flight. We're speaking rescheduling inside an hour of scheduling. I've terminated with additional providers and obtained a complete reimbursement if terminated soon after scheduling. Avoid these people as well as their outsourced customer care. When I stated, you receive that which you purchase and these people aren't thinking about customer support.
