After several attempts to contact, actually spent the whole day calling their phone number and couldnt get thru. I finally got to a customer service rep only to find out the flight dates i wanted were unavailable even though they were months away. The company is still advertising flights for sale but unable to accomodate me. I cannot get a reimbursement for the three vouchers i bought as well.
