This company is clearly a scam

My partner and that I planned a visit in June. We'd to stop the journey because of an unexpected situation. We were informed we'd annually and 1/2 to reschedule the journey. I delivered numerous emails and telephone calls. Lastly... I talked having a individual who stated we were planned to get a resort in Cancun, and we ought to watch for a verification. 3 months pass no verification. I call-back and also the salesperson claims they'll plan me at OMNI resort alternatively, and actually I'm calling fro the Middle-East, and also the phone is costly. Later that evening, I obtain a contact saying that my spouse isn't 30, therefore it wont work. And so I am mad at this time, and that I attempt to call-back... No solution. Send e-mails declaring the times we'd prefer to reschedule at another resort. Somebody directs us a contact requesting my quantity, but has created no work to provide us any verification at any resort despite the fact that I mentioned within the mail our travel times.
