The Vacation Station
Sam Campbell, Ben Campbell Vacation Station Charleston, South Carolina Fraud, False Advertising and Deceptive Trade Practices

Traveling & Tourism

I received a letter in the mail from "US Airways" promising two round trip airline tickets. We attended the sales pitch in downtown Charleston, SC. The pitch was 90 minutes and at the end we purchased a "membership" for $5394. I realized this was not as advertised after looking at the web site and other internet alerts. I went back the next day and also to their Isle of Palms office requesting a refund. I also sent a registered leter in an attempt to cancel the membership. A few days later Ben Campbell from Nashville TN called and offered a 50% refund. I am still trying to recieve a 100% refund. As far as I can tell this is a total ripoff, scam and possibly illegal. Please offer any help possible with this situation. Richard, Huger, SC.
