Patterson Bell Attended seminar, company refused to send award for attendance

Traveling & Tourism

We received a letter from Patterson Bell, informing us that we had qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets. We called: we would receive this award if we attended a seminar by The Vacation Station in Charleston, South Carolina. We attended the seminar on January 10; it is now April 10, and we still not received the tickets even after sending an e-mail to CEO of The Vacation Station, Randy Gardner in February.
