Hi, my name is Marcel.
I received by mail an offer to buy a vacation pack offered by Ramada Plaza Resorts.

I called them and I paid 700$ initial fee for 2 nights in Ft. Lauderdale, 2 nights cruise to Bahamas,
1 night back in Ft. Lauderdale, and 2 nights in Orlando with rental car included.

Total cost 700$ (paid) plus 199/pers to be paid at the time of reservation. I wanted to go for Thanksgiving Day 2000
and I called them for reservations.

They told me that I had paid only 300$ so I start to wonder. After about 3 months of fighting with them, numerous calls, and talking to about 30 different people, they said it is o.K., they found the money.

At this point I asked them for a refund. They said that I am not entitled to so they gave me an extension of 18 months
to take the trip. After 9-11-01 we are kind of reluctant to travel. The pack includes also, additional 3 days in Las Vegas.
Is there any chance to get the money back? Their answer was to sell the pack.
