IMS Vacations
No reservation confirmation, calls & emails not returned

I created and taken care of a holiday deal May 13th with IMS. I had been advised I'd receive a reservation confirmation 3-5 times. I've recived nothing. I've created 5 telephone calls, delivered four emails and also have yet to obtain any reaction. After spending money on this bundle I looked up IMS and noticed where MANY grievances have now been stuck against these people. I see why. I want a verification on my holiday deal and so I may secure the remainder of my vacation ideas.
