Charged me for 20 gallons of gas for a car with a 12 gallon gas tank

When we rented the car, we were asked if we wanted to "prepay" for the gasoline at a lower than pump rate. We chose to do so and they had us sign an "estimate" which included 20 gallons of gas.

When the final charge came through on our credit card, they had charged us for the entire 20 gallons! The car only has a 12 gallon tank and wasn't even empty.

When we called them on it, they said "too bad. You signed the estimate, so you have to pay for the gas".
