Traveling & Tourism

I have been seeing a charge on my account for the last few months that I had not been able to identify, WLI Reservations is all it said.

I have now found that it is Reservation Rewards, a pop up ad that came up at the end of booking our reservation through Hotels.com. My husband and I viewed what they had to offer and found it was not for us. We exited the site. However they apparently got our bank information and started charging our account. We did not authorize this charge and would have had no reason to. We are not BIG travelers and it would not have been something to benefit us. I contacted my bank who is putting a stop pay on this, I e-mailed this company expressing my feelings and informing them they would see some charge backs and also contacted Hotels.com.

I do not blame Hotels.com but feel they should be informed of how this business is operating. I feel that this company should be stopped at how they are receiving funds not authorized to them.
