I am writing to today to comment on FTD and Reservation Rewards practices.

On XXXXX I ordered flowers from FTD, for my mother, for Valentine's Day. On XXXX I contacted the number on my credit card bill after noticing strange charges. The number was for Reservation Rewards. Reservation Rewards told me I agreed to the charges while making a purchase with FTD. I then proceeded to call FTD. FTD informed me that I clicked on a link and entered my email while I was in the checkout process with FTD. FTD said this was authorization for FTD to release all my information to Reservation Rewards. Reservation Rewards charged my credit card approximately 10 dollars a month for fifthteen months. I feel FTD's practice is very misleading.

I read numerous complaints online after googling FTD and Reservation Rewards, and I encourage you to do the same.in fact, just search Reservation Rewards and see the list of complaints. I never knowingly gave my credit card information to Reservation Rewards, received a receipt for any transaction from Reservation Rewards (that I am aware of, it may have been filtered by my junk mail), or was I even aware of being a member.

After contacting both FTD and Reservation Rewards, Reservation Rewards immediately offered to credit my account for past payments. I later called back, the same day, to confirm after receiving an email notifying me of the cancellation. I was told only 4 months was credited to my account. He immediately offered to credit the remaining 11 months. The manager at FTD read from a piece of paper an explanation of the practice and told me to contact Reservation Rewards, FTD was less than helpful.

I feel as if my trust in FTD as a reputable organization was misplaced. I will continue to share my experience with FTD to others. I will no longer do business with FTD and I will encourage my friends and family to do the same.
