I received a fax from a company offering discount travel packages. I purchased 3 packages of 4 day 3 nights to cancun that came to $900.00. It had to be paid with check by phone. The package came certified mail. I learned that i had an activation fee to pay for each package to vip wholesale at 448 w. 19th st. Ste 258, Houston, Texas 77008 with in 30 days. I missed reading the 30 days and put the packages away for Christmas. Late Dec. I noticed the 30 days to activate clause. I tried calling the 855-576-0399 ph. # to agency I purchased since there was no ph. # for VIP. The line rings continous and I see that VIP as per Google and blogs is a novility store with no contact ph. #
