Ripoff They stole my MONEY

Market street manor is a fraudulent company that can not be trusted with your credit card information. I scheduled a reservation with there company to have a motel room for one week, when i realized I didn't need the reservation anymore I call and cancelled. They informed me that they had already charged my card for the week and that it would best in my interest to keep the reservation, see how they say that there is a no refund policy.

I asked to speak with the manager to get this worked out and when i spoke with him he was a very rude and unhelpful man. He told me that they would not refund my $238 even if I didn't stay one night there. I let him know that my bank would be handling this from now on, he said let them.

I filled a despute charge with my bank about this charge so called motel. The bank called them and to find out there side of it, they told the bank that I checked in on 5/01/04 and stayed for 3-4 days, I did not spend one day at this ROACH COACH MOTEL. Beware of the market street manor in redding ca, there business is one of a kind and nothing to be proud of.
