This was a HORRIFIC experience in every way. They nearly tipped over WITH ALL OUR TERRIFIED GUESTS on board

This was a HORRIFIC experience in every way. They nearly tipped over WITH ALL OUR TERRIFIED GUESTS on board. The guests begged to get off the bus before the driver finally let them after going off the road and into a neighbors yard at the venue. They did extensive damage to the lawn and refuse to pay or respond in any way to us or the BBB.

The driver also locked herself out of the bus forcing my father to leave the wedding to get her a ladder. A tow truck got the bus our of the neighbors yard (which they still refuse to pay for) and broke down 3 times on the way home. They would no stop at our first hotel and the guests has to cross a freeway and walk 1/4 mile home in the rain.

They were HORRIBLE in every way and we are still trying to deal them legally as there is financial repercussions of their negligence and breach of contract. Horrible horrible horrible.
