Unfair charges

On July 12, I posted 2 copies of every necessary record along side our OCI Credit programs subsequent Product # 13 of OCI Credit directions.instantly, after getting the files by Travisa, I had been charged for $32 for burning 16 websites for running Renunciation accreditation. After I approached Travisa, I had been informed they required additional 8 copies (along with 2 copies each which was obtained by Travisa) of some files for every individual to procedure Renunciation accreditation to be delivered to another workplace. I had been required to cover it, normally, the applying couldn't be prepared. Please be aware this additional necessity was never stated everywhere within the Credit program directions as was recognized by Mr. Nathaniel Fuller of Travisa. Consequently, I firmly believe this can be a completely unjust cost and that I ought to be repaid for this.

Take note this scenario was delivered to the interest of Mr. Jan Dvorak, Leader, Travisa, Inc.in Washington DC by certified email on June 26 and todate I've not obtained any reaction from him.

I'm extremely disappointed being overlooked from the administration of the business and its own illegal business methods.

I've didn't suggest Travisa to anybody.
