Bad experience

I and my loved ones invest 6 times within this resort, it was the toughest encounter we ever endured.

- my credit card was overcharged twice

- the supervisor Audrey Marie Gonzalez took my cash from my charge card, she billed my credit card without my agreement, she actually created an error and he or she attributed who owns the resort for this by insufficient administration.

- the director Audrey Gonzalez really rude, after I questioned her concerning the overcharge in c. Card she begin shouting at me within the telephone, she's really unpleasant.

- they charged me for currently broken impaired within their home, it's a filthy sport to create more income from visitors, they did not actually changed the impaired for me personally.

- the supervisor usually contact the area to bather us, we have there been to get a soothing but together with her telephones it had been a demanding stay.

- the resort does not let animals however they possess a puppy pursuing visitors for food, he's starving, and each time somebody includes a barbecue, you discover that puppy waiting to obtain some food.
