We are frequent flyers, but for our trip to Cancun, we decided to go with another airline thinking we were saving money. We were wrong. Not only do they charge you for your checked luggage, but they also charge you for your carry-on bags as well. If you aren't familiar with the policies and go to the gate with your carry-on, they charge you an additional $10 per carry-on. They lie to you on their website telling you that you need to select your seats and charge you. They don't provide drinks or anything. I witnessed a woman in serious need of water to take her medication and the losers of this airline charged the woman who was about to faint. THIS IS THE WORST AIRLINE EVER! The CEO and Senior Management staff are jokes, they don't respond to customer complaints. The CEO doesn't know how to manage a company and will likely find himself living in a gutter in a few years when people realize what a terrible leader he is and what a terrible organization he has created.
