Rip-off! I want my refund

I booked a hotel room in Milan, Italy through Worldres.com. I cancelled the room well in advance, which is suppose to be without penalty. The hotel in Italy charged by credit card for a no show, even through I have a written cancellation email from Worldres confirming the cancellation.

I tried to get the hotel in Italy to refund my money but they ignore me. So I asked for a refund from WorldRes and they claim they are not responsible.in addition, this company appears to want to hide who owns them by hiding the owner of their domain name from WHOIS Lookup, and using a registered agent (a law firm) in California.
